Stellar month for High Rise sales in March
Stellar month for High Rise sales in March High Rise sales for March totaled 2,483 units, making it the third highest monthly High Rise total in the past decade - trailing only June 2007 and July 2007. Once again, a driving factor behind the strong sales was the performance of new project openings. There were ten new project launches in March which accounted for 35% of the sales. Sales for Low Rise product in March was 1,961 units, which is the best total for the month of March since 2005.
